Commercial Rules!

My story figurine OCs and world/setting/lore can be used commercially, but there are a few rules:

ONLY 2d art is allowed!

You cannot create 3d models based off my characters! ^^

You also cannot make sculptures of the characters out of clay, resin, or anything else like that :)

If you want to sell your art, it will need to adhere to the examples shown in the "what you can do" section, so please check that out closely. There's limitations regarding which of my bases can be involved in commercial art.

If you own any of my STL files, when painting your 3d prints please don't recreate any of my past customs, including the official character ones. It's fine if it's similar, but please try to avoid really specifically trying to copy the designs I've painted on figurines in the past.

What you can do:

-Draw 2d art of my named story characters (like Thalia or Aetheria). It can be in your own art style or it can be copying my style :)

-Draw your own OCs based off of some of my bases (more details about that below) Aside from mine, you probably shouldn't draw or use OCs that belong to other people without getting their permission first!

-Write stories, create comics, or make animations based on my characters and their setting (which can include your own OCs)

-Monetize whatever you make. You can monetize a webtoon comic, youtube channel animations, or turn your art into prints, stickers, lapel pins, and other things of that nature :) It's your responsibility to make sure that what you create is legal to monetize. I have no ownership or responsibility over anything that you make.

My official characters, bases, and worlds/settings will always belong to me, but anything you make using those things are derivative and belong only to you.

OCs!

You're free to create OCs based off of any of my "OC-able" bases (below). More bases may be added over time but for now I think I want everything to be bug themed ^^

The species in the list below are the only ones that you can copy the exact shape of if you plan to monetize your art. If your art includes other types of creatures, they will need to be your own design and not based on any of my bases.

Please do not copy any of the designs that I've painted on my past figurines when creating your OCs.

Your artwork or project doesn't need to involve my official characters for you to be able to monetize it. As a simple example, you could trace my moth base and give it your own color pattern and design and then turn that into stickers and sell them.

And just so there's no confusion, I won't ever use your OCs in any way- if you draw one it belongs to you only. ^^
