If you don't plan to make money off of it, you're free to make fanart of any of my figurines ^^ 

You can create art and stories with my official characters (like Thalia and Aetheria), or make fanart of actual customs I've posted on Instagram, or you can just copy the shape of one of my bases and draw your own design and color pattern ^^ Just to be clear, I won't ever use your designs in any way, they belong to you only.

2D art only! Please don't create 3d reproductions of my bases, or create figurines based off of them out of clay or resin. :) If you own any of my STL files, when painting your 3d prints please don't copy the designs that I've painted on figurines in the past, including the official character ones :)

​​Only draw fanart of a base if you know that it's one of my originals, and not one that belongs to grumpii.art, LayersInGreen, or AnimalDenMiniatures. If you aren't sure, feel free to ask me on Instagram! ^^ I usually mention in my post if the figurine was someone else's base but there is a chance that I've maybe forgotten to do that in the past.

My official characters, bases, and worlds/settings will always belong to me, but anything you make using those things are derivative and belong only to you.​

Extra Note:

Your fanart can make money from Instagram bonuses if you're enrolled into that, that's completely fine :) Other than that, monetizing your art is not allowed unless you're following all my commercial fanart rules.

Giving me credit isn't required but it is appreciated if you wanted to do it :)

Example:

"The Brinkveil setting is an open series created by @LeylinaCustoms on Instagram"

or

"Thalia is an open OC from the Brinkveil series created by @LeylinaCustoms on Instagram"

"TV Head bunny base belongs to @LeylinaCustoms on Instagram"
